Very pleasant and professional to deal with.
We found Trudy very professional and pleasant and above all, not pushy. She persisted until the property sold and always kept us informed about open house inspections and gave us lots of feedback about potential buyers an any interest being shown in our property. She also addressed an issue with the managers of the resort our property was a part of which we greatly appreciated.

Truly a great agent!
A friend of mine recommended I talk to Trudy as his family was very happy with results she was able to achieve for them. I made an appointment to see Trudy and from the start she gave good advice, a good assessment of our property and discussed various strategies in marketing the property. Within days of going on the market a number of potential buyers had been through the property and the property was sold for a very satisfactory price. Outstanding Result
After interviewing other agents who left us uninspired we asked around for recommendations from friends, Lee's details were passed on by friends who had used him multiple times in the past. could not be MORE helpful - just the best agent.
Wow --- where do I start. After 20 yrs + of real estates asking us to sell our three rental properties ( all good locations) . We decided to put the feelers out. Lee was the lucky one to get us ( but I know WE were the lucky ones to be recommended to use Lee) to sell our rentals properties for us. He got us top top $$$$ 's for it. We were happy to sit on it and he surprised us with the great price. Lee and Justin did an amazing job of marketing and getting the right person to love the house and area as much as we did. Lee works so close with you and keeps you updated on all things ( which is great as you know he has your best interest in working for you and taking away the stress and strain of different things). Makes selling so much easier and hassel free. We would highly recommend Lee Sutherland any time ( which we have already done) to sell our properties. Lee is one of the rare honest - hard working agents ( person ) we have ever meet and dealt with.
