I was preparing for an international relocation and, with only six weeks’ notice for the move, I expected the leasing process to be a headache. Thankfully, Riccardo, my primary point of contact, made it one of the least stressful parts of the entire experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step. It all ran smoothly, and I felt supported the whole way through. As a small but telling example: I was heading to the airport on bin day, and Riccardo offered to swing by and take the bins in. That kind of personal touch speaks volumes. Leased and Sold found a lovely couple to rent the place within two weeks of my departure. I feel confident I made the right choice going with them and look forward to a long working relationship ahead.
