During this period of the RBA ramping up 'interest rates' on 8 consecutive months since May '22 and the banks and financial institutions tightening lending to borrowers Frank was both aware of the financial and market selling trends and was able to guide Vendors on what a reasonable selling outcome can be achieved in the current market. Frank was very flexible in making the decision to switch from an Auction scenario to a Private Sale given the pulse of the buyers. Advice on recalibrating the sale to suit the changing circumstances was based on his many years of knowledge in the industry and all decisions were professionally discussed with me as the Vendor and all scenarios very well explained. All sale documentation drawn up by Frank and given to me for my perusal and approval were very well explained and most importantly they conformed to the law and no short cuts were taken. With a very difficult market, rising interest rates Frank with his professionalism ,experience and guile was able to secure a buyer at a reasonable price a week prior to Christmas with the property on the market for just four weeks.
