Dealing with a professional like Tony Brakis was enjoyable & he made us comfortable all the time.

Tony has been in the 'Real Estate' profession for approx. 25+ working for a few Real Estate Agents years rising through the ranks to the very top and accumulating great skills & experience in the process. During this period of the RBA ramping up 'interest rates' on 8 consecutive months since May '22 and the banks and financial institutions tightening lending to borrowers Frank was both aware of the financial and market selling trends and was able to guide Vendors on what a reasonable selling outcome can be achieved in the current market.
