After over 25 years working within the real estate industry for various large real estate agencies, I decided in 2010 to leave the larger agencies and develop a more boutique real estate business which not only focuses on the individual needs of the person but also provides a commitment to quality over quantity. My success has been due to the ongoing persistence and determination for my clients. I strive to obtain the best possible outcome and believe that “this is what people want from their agent and what has been valuable to the success of the business”. Commencing my career in Property Management, i am probably one of the very few real estate agents that are well known to have a vast array of experience in real estate. Approaching all my clients with the upmost of care, i understand each individual concern raised when leasing or selling an investment. I understand the current market for both rentals and sales, its this experience that sets me apart from the other agents, and why most of my clients are so happy with the outcome of the sale or leasing of their property.

Open, honest and fair in all aspects of the sale.

Tony and Anna were our trusted Agents when selling our investment property. They listened to what we needed and delivered quickly and without fuss. They kept us informed of what the market was doing and specifically what our property had to offer. They also discussed any drawbacks of the property and costs / cost savings that we would need to consider when deciding on a final price. We always felt heard and in no doubt that they were working hard in our best interest. Service, Communication, Execution and Process 10/10

Tony and the team at Leased and Sold were incredible. Finding an agent who's on your corner and puts your best interest at heart is what Tony and the team delivered. We went through options and felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a real estate agent. We worked together to make sure we got the result we wanted and smart choices throughout the process. Whenever I called Tony he was always responsive and it was the little 1% throughout the sale that I appreciated and felt comfortable with.
