Great support for a first time selller
We were selling my late mother's unit. While my sister is a local, I live in a completely different state but I found them to be excellent communicators, providing me with clear concise information, laying out the various options available to us regarding sale strategies without overloading me with technical details. Transaction was quickly dealt with, a buyer found and an excellent price achieved.

Extremely easy to communicate with at all times

Daniel Febo was outstanding from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and extremely strategic in his approach, which gave us complete confidence throughout the entire selling process. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a real estate agent — and that’s saying something, having been both a buyer and a seller several times in the past. Daniel communicated clearly, acted with integrity, and always had a well-thought-out plan that delivered results. And, he did exactly what he said he would do and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Even several times a day, if that was what was required. If you’re looking for an agent who genuinely puts your interests first and knows exactly what they’re doing, I can’t recommend Daniel highly enough.
