Angela was encouraging and very professional in our first call - including advising me on whether my intended pricing was realistic. She communicated often as the other offers were assembled and sounded just as thrilled as I was when I finally secured the contract. She helped me through the anxiety of a possibly delayed formal finance approval. We celebrated together when the transaction finally settled - even though I know that impacted significantly on her busy day. It was much more like talking to an upbeat and positive friend - and not simply an estate agent intent on making a sale. I cannot recommend Angela's service highly enough.
