My Mum and I were happy to work with Chana Levy and Nathan Antunes in the process of selling the home she lived in since the 1970's. They were patient in explaining the home selling process to both me and my 92 year-old Mum. They worked diligently to get the house under contract quickly and sold it OFF-MARKET for a FANTASTIC price and did all they could to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Because I live overseas and was unable to take care of a few things before the closing, Chana made sure whatever needed to be done was taken care of before the closing day. She was responsive and kept us up to date throughout the entire transaction.
