Helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with

As a vendor, I enjoyed working with Xavier in the sale of my Marrickville house. He helped in all sorts of practical ways, without ever being pushy. He helped me find solutions to prepare the house for sale months ahead of going to market. He provided good advice on the marketing strategy and sustained his engagement with me throughout the whole campaign, from pre-market all the way to settlement, troubleshooting pro-actively and ensuring every step ran smoothly. I always felt that as my agent he was truly taking care of my sale. He is mature beyond his years, polite and personable. He provided objective advice regarding market conditions and buyers preferences, and on auction night he was truly excellent conducting negotiations with the final bidder, achieving a great result for me for which I’m grateful! He has a good team backing him up at R&H. The whole campaign was very well run. I recommend him as a Marrickville specialist without hesitation. And yes, I do recommend using a local area specialist for the best results as I’ve seen how other out of area agents can ruin the chances of a property selling well.
