I first contacted Chana to enquire about a property she had just sold. I found her to be interested and helpful with information and generous with her time in discussing the market generally. I felt comfortable to invite her to meet with us at our property in Bondi Beach, which we were considering selling. We decided after that meeting that we did not need to consider other agents. Chana's high energy, enthusiasm and knowledge, would be the right stuff to bring buyers and sellers together. The official campaign never got started. Chana had personally introduced many potential buyers from her database of contacts before the sign had even gone up. After several offers, a price was struck that met our agreed target, a price at which we were happy to exchange. We did not feel a need to proceed with the marketing campaign because of the exposure Chana had already given the property and the dedication with which she had pursued the buyers.
