Incredibly impressed and professional
I am the son and grandson of Real Estate agents/property developers and as such very hard to please. I did extensive research of 24 agents before choosing Cher Davies. Her professionalism, ability to see the magic of our property and ability to attract the right buyer meant she got us a price $20,000 higher that what any other agent even thought that they might get. Her negotiation skills were excellent and all the staff have been a delight any time I called into the office. I highly recommend Cher and the team. I was also attracted to her high ethics and strong moral character. If you use RA Lawrence you are taking a step in the right direction!

Fast - Can make things happen!
We purchased a property that had some strong competition. It came down to who could move fastest. Cher facilitated our purchase (which only took a few days from first inspection), making sure that at every step there was clear communication and we had exactly what we needed to make decisions with finance, solicitors, inspections and relaying information with the vendor. After the purchase, Cher was helpful and swift with information regarding the property and assistance with contacts for repairs and other questions. She is clearly experienced, efficient, honest and has an in-depth knowledge of the Blue Mountains.
