Sam was able to provide flexible inspections as I was from out of town this was very important, she quickly responded to questions and when needed sought out additional information. She was able to accomodate a flexible negotiation that I believe assisted the sellers and myself the purchaser to arrive at a win win solution. I would contact Sam in the first instance should I require a property professional in the future.
