I recently contacted Emily from Nolans as I wanted to downsize in the near future. I was extremely nervous about selling as I am a single elderly woman and had no idea of what the process is or what to do. That all changed once I met Emily! Emily was so professional, she calmed my nerves and once Emily left I was so excited. I was shocked how much knowledge Emily had of the local market. I wasn't the easiest client (in my opinion) and I really didnt want to have open homes. Emily was able to find a buyer off market and also found me a new place to live! Emily has gone above and beyond throughout the process and even sorted out a cleaner and a removalist for me. As a single elderly woman I really felt at ease having someone with me through the whole process. I had a knock at the door a couple of nights ago and to my surprise it was Emily was a giant bunch of flowers to congratulate me on the sale!
