It’s simple. If I had another property to sell in Coffs it would be with Ms Kendall Divine, without a blink! She always kept us informed and we lived two states away! Kendall provided her reasoning for her suggestions which made sense and worked. Kendall also has many good links for services such as Lorna Farrell’s Home Staging, to get our empty house looking as good or better than when it was our home. I would also use Nolan Partners again for property management, they were on task and kept excellent records for us. Highly recommended.

Was helpful in directing us to the property management part of Nolans The original flyer said that the house was built in 1990, it was actually built in 1986, but the flyer did say the purchaser must check the details for ourselves. Craig kept us informed along progress of the purchase
