Effortless Sale

Great communication
Anita was great to deal with purchasing a property recently. Anita assisted us navigating a break lease, making sure settlement aligned with this and could mediate / negotiate to align both our own expectations and the vendors. Was a pleasure dealing with Anita after liaising with some of the other local agents and their pressure sales tactics. We found Anita trustworth and no b/s. It was refreshing dealing with Anita and having frank and honest discussions.

Fantastic result

Anita was highly knowledgeable about the local market, always professional, had excellent communication and was extremely helpful in so many ways, as I was selling my property from interstate. Great Agent to deal with.
It was a very good experience doing my purchase through Anita. She is very personable and transparent and doesn’t operate on ego which is a refreshing approach after some Agents I’d dealt with previously. She gave me valid information both good and bad based on the property I was buying so I could make an informed decision for myself with all facts and details provided. She’s prompt on communication and kept my needs in the forefront of her mind when recommending properties to me. She obviously had a very good rapport with her Vendor too as I was able to request and receive information freely from them which was a great help. I would thoroughly recommend Anita to prospective buyers or sellers and I would not hesitate in engaging her myself if the situation ever arises.
