Glenn sold my Valla rural Community Title property
The sale of my Community Title property at Valla was a very challenging one. Glenn Mitcham from Valla Real Estate did a magnificent job under extremely difficult circumstances. Not only did he have to deal with the market resistance that comes with a Community Title sale but he had to do it in the middle of the Covid epidemic and with his client (me) living in Japan. He kept me fully informed regarding the many inspections he undertook and persevered with great patience through negotiations that saw 2 contract exchanges fail at the last hurdle before finally succeeding and achieving my asking price with the 3rd. If you are looking to sell your property, I have no hesitation in recommending Glenn for his great sales and communication skills, his integrity and his straight-forward common sense.
