Highly recommended for both buying and selling property
Justin assisted us with buying our new home and selling our present home. The strengths we were looking for in an agent were, a high level of market knowledge and, expertise in managing contracts. Justin is strong in both those areas. The One Agency team also provided invaluable support to present our house in a way to facilitate a quick sale. The listing project was efficiently managed with good communication around photos, video and advertising. A very dedicated and patient man who knows his job using diplomacy as to get good results.
I was told by a good friend to contact Justin if I needed an good reliable agent to sell a property and I did. A three bedroom duplex house in Harrington Waters NSW. The first meeting is when I decide if I accept the person to do business with or not and Justin did good. A lot was involved and I must confess it was a difficult complex situation but Justin Tullipan of One Agency showed that he was capable to handle tough situations with good results, I congratulate him for getting it all done before Christmas.
