Until rent deal, it was excellent. The person in charge of inspection is so kind that he took a video of house. That was super helpful to get a sense before on site inspection. He is very professional during on-site inspection too. But then, when I decided to rent a house, I started to contact with their property manager (different person). She is honestly far from professional… couple of things + there are many left-over stuffs from previous residents, which I had to deal with in first few days (Clothes, Wifi etc) + We originally agreed to pay on a monthly basis and she was supposed to notify before payment due. Two weeks later, however, I got the notification of delayed payment email for weekly house rent. Notifications coming up a few times before I got clear explanation from her. (And it was their fault that my payment is anyhow switched to weekly basis) + I’ve got couple of things it doesn’t work properly, so I asked her to come and check. This arrangement is delayed 4-5 times with random reasons (e.g., severe weather) and I have to wait for 2-3 weeks to be checked. Even when we agreed the date and time, she didn’t come up without explanation… truly disappointed by her professionalism…
