Exceptional service during an incredibly challenging sale

Joe was an incredible agent who helped us navigate many challenges in order to complete the sale for our house. He provided regular updates with regards to market conditions, prospective buyers and potential leads, and we could always count on him to make sure we were kept abreast with any relevant developments. When we ran into some challenges with our buyer Joe was able to strike the balance between acting on our behalf, and ensuring that we were able to accommodate the buyer as best we could, and was instrumental in ensuring that the sale eventually went through, despite numerous challenges that would have overcome lesser agents.
