We host open homes every week and we hold suburb records for sales prices.

We offer high quality services and top of the range landlord software, so that you can log on to your owner portal at any time for information on tenant status, open and closed repairs and to access statements and other documents. We use a comprehensive inspection software that sends you a thorough report for ingoing, routine and outgoing reports including photos, commentary and even video where applicable.
Unlike other agencies the following IS included in our commission and we do not charge extra for these services:
Advertising fees for listing your property for lease
Routine inspections
Information required for insurance claims
Organising maintenance and repair
Lease renewal
Annual financial statements for tax purposes
Paying bills on your behalf
Additional Fees
To secure a tenant we charge a one week letting fee plus GST and a $3.30 administration fee per month.
If we need to represent you at tribunal there will be a $100 NCAT application fee and a $200 flat fee for representing you at the hearing.
Tenant Screening
Limestar Real Estate has low percent arrears rate as we require our tenants to stay two weeks in advance with their rent payments at all times.
When selecting a tenant, we require bank statements AND payslips which most agencies do not require. We thoroughly check references and we use NTD to complete background checks on all applicants.
