The most professional agent I have ever worked with in Perth!
I chose Angelica Lambrose as my agent for a number of reasons. As soon as she walked into my house, her warmth and professionalism were very evident. She had an immediate grasp on the environment of Maylands Peninsula and its desirability as a place to live and pitched the price range perfectly so no unrealistic expectations were set just to get the listing! The home opens were scheduled appropriately, had full attendance at each one and were managed professionally by Angelica. The marketing strategy suggested by Angelica was highly successful with advertising and video on select sites and social media which drove a high volume of interest and a great turn out at the home opens. My home was sold in a fairly quick turnaround through the Openn Negotiation portal to a cash buyer. At all times in the process, Angelica was available for any questions and to walk me through the fairly emotional process of selling the family home. The weekly reporting was excellent with very careful documentation of all interactions. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Angelica for her professionalism, her market knowledge and her people skills! She is an absolute stand out in her profession!
