Brad quickly reacted to my enquire, sending all the required documents as well as a comprehensive video detailing their rental appraisal. And this all happened in the middle of the end-of-year break. He then continued to be very active during the break, helping us to get early access to the property and take photos before the official handover. He even launched the announcement before the handover. All to ensure that the property would stay as little as possible in the market. And that's exactly what happened. I like living in my current apartment. It is quiet and far away from the main road and business zone; It is convenient because of the surrounding facilities (e.g., gym, swiming pool), and shoping mall, supermarket, restaurants, etc. Besides, my office is just one minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with complete facilities, I like the natural gas stove. I prefer to cook with natural gas instead of electricity.
