As part of Scotts service, he arranged to have high quality professional photos (including aerial shots) taken, a YouTube video as well as arranging all the building and pest inspections. As a result, Scott called us the day after our first open house with an offer over the asking price (which was $25,000 more than Go Gecko valued our property at). Scott has a very pleasant likable manner about him which would endear him to both sellers and buyers alike. Whilst he is also very knowledgeable about real estate matters he comes across as easy to like and easy to get on with. He is a forthright negotiator but is still able to maintain a calm gentle tone throughout the process. Whilst we were a buyer he certainly strives to get the best for his seller and handles himself with great professionalism when it comes to a multiple offer situation. He is definitely worthwhile considering if you are looking to sell something

Scott was very proactive with selling our house. He got a professional photographer to take beautiful pictures of our house and make a video, and we were impressed with how well our house looked. He made phone calls, organised extra VIP open houses, got a quote for a painter for us when it looked like the need for painting outside was going to be a stumbling block, and overall worked hard to get people looking at it. Our area is a slow area to sell in, but we accepted an offer in just over a month. It was a little less than we would have liked, but we felt content that it was right for us to accept. Overall Scott is a lovely, approachable guy who is available to answer questions and discuss things without that superior air that some sales people get. Scott had a strategy for selling our home from the beginning. He advised us on preparing the home for the market and gave helpful feedback on improvements that would assist in selling the property.
