I honestly can't recommend Anthony enough. List and Sell have managed my first investment property for years and I've always been really happy with their service. After having a terrible experience with the property manager for my second investment, I decided to move that property over to List and Sell as well, even though it was much further away. That decision ended up being one of the best ones I made. When it came time to sell my property, I was so nervous because I'd never sold a house before and had no idea what the process involved. Anthony spent almost two hours with me going through everything, explaining the process step by step, what to expect, different scenarios that could happen and how we'd deal with them. I had spoken to a few other agents beforehand, but those meetings felt more like they were trying to sell themselves or put down other agencies. Anthony was completely different. Throughout the sale we had a few unexpected challenges with my tenant, including personal issues and the property needing a fair bit of work before it could be presented. Anthony handled the whole situation with so much patience and empathy while keeping everything moving. In the end I got the price I was hoping for, settlement went through without any issues, and the whole experience was so much less stressful than I expected. Looking back, Anthony gave me the service I didn't even know I needed. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows what they're doing and actually cares about their clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
