Made themselves available at all times - whether it was face to face, emails, SMS, phone calls both were impeccable at it. We enjoyed the level of professionalism and service and the overall demeanour. After all, they were charged with selling our home so they had to be these things! We also appreciated the honest discussions with regards to the market appraisal, home open feedback right up to the offer and acceptance. We initially chose Jonathon because he was on the same sheet of music as us. He agreed on the value of our house and could see all the marketable features, where other agents wanted us to drop the price significantly before we even started. Don't be fooled by "we sell the most houses" spiel. (Anyone can sell a house for a low price). From the day we signed up Jonathon, we have had exceptional service. When the media was talking doom and gloom for the housing market, Jonathon worked with us to discuss options, marketing strategies and gave us regular feedback on what potential buyers were saying about the market and our property (both good and bad). He knows the market, doesn't spend on advertising just for the sake of it and is a genuine and honest man. Despite the media mayhem surrounding the property market, we are very happy with the agreed sale price and I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathon and his team to anyone looking for an agent.
