We were buying a property in Greenbank and Jem was the sellers agent. She was very processional and nailed every piece of information in terms of what a buyer would want to know. She was very transparent on the sellers expectations and highlighted all the positives regarding the property. Upon signing of contract by us Jem continued to assist us with all the enquiries we had and was a really good conduit between ourselves and the seller which was helpful for us to communicate on any discrepancies we had noticed in the pre settlement inspections. I would give Jem more than 5 stars on her attitude, engagement, professionalism and the level of care she showed. I would recommend her highly.
