From the start of the sale process Jem showed greatness with her knowledge of local market condition providing spot on price guidance. We got into negotiations with a buyer within a month. This it when Jem showed her worth as the go between ourselves and a difficult and demanding buyer. Jem was proactive with her suggestions giving us alternative options to keep the sale progressing.
