We recently sold out property in Surfers Paradise in a record time of 5 days. Both Penelope and Katrina went above and beyond to ensure everything was a smooth process and we got the best possible price for our investment. I would highly recommend these girls to anyone looking for an effortless experience accompanied by the professionalism and the best knowledge of the area. Great Job Girls!

With tenacity and determination these two ladies were able to fend off would-be stallers and line me up with a real buyer with real promises and most importantly real cash. After a rough start with a less than completely honest buyer, Katrina and Penelope had a second interested within a week, and the property settled in 30 days. Please note too that their agency was 15% cheaper than their closest rival, thats a few grand more in my bank than I had first anticipated so thumbs up :)

Katrina and Penelope helped us by our apartment on the Gold Coast by assisting us with a number of inspections and answering all the questions we had. It was a very good experience to deal with them.

Katrina and Penelope both were a pleasure to deal with as Harcourts representatives before, during and after the sale of my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Surfers Paradise. I particularly took notice of the tenacious attitude when it came to sourcing the perfect property for me. The attention to detail is what stood out to me the most and the facts pack provided to me on properties I liked really added that finishing touch to an already stellar professional approach. I would be happy to choose Katrina & Penelope again should I require another property and as such would also highly recommend their services to friends and family alike.
