As the buyer, I was technically not Nicks client but I felt like he was really in my court helping me get through the process. I didn’t feel pressured into offering more than I could manage at any stage. Nick knows his stuff when it comes to real estate and just seems like a decent person. Really happy with the apartment I purchased through him and felt the process was pretty painless.
