An excellent, well thought out plan to sell my apartment
She adapted to changing circumstances and buyers intentions to get a good outcome. Her followup with me about the objectives was great. The final outcome was what about I expected - no over the top offers - just market price. In order words, a good sales process to try and get the best price.

I found Christie to be enthusiastic, professional and highly efficient.
With the vendor locked down in Melbourne, me representing the vendor from Adelaide and the property to be sold located in Sydney, we relied on Christie to manage and coordinate the full sale process to a successful outcome, including staging the property and referring us to a equally competent conveyancer. Due to covid lock downs, we were not able to formally meet Christie, everything needing to be handled via phone and email. Christie's level of communication was outstanding, whilst geographically removed, I always knew exactly what was going on. Her market knowledge proved faultless, a stress free campaign leading to a successful sale. Great job, thanks!

Great result driven by a dedicated professional team
We first investigated the sale of our investment property about 9 months ago. It was an older style art deco unit that had been rented to the same tenant for more than 15 years who recently moved out. Christie and Aaron showed us sales figures of similar properties in the area to give us an indication of what could be achieved if we invested some money to refurbish and modernise, which we did. At the start of the marketing campaign we knew we made the right decision to go with Little Real Estate. Their marketing campaign utilised all media. Each inspection was booked solid. Christie really worked hard to showcase our property which I am advised topped all online inquiries and achieved property of the Week by Domain. They implemented a strict Covid safety plan and their were 14 registered bidders on the day of auction - an excellent achievement, as the auction was undertaken on line. Aaron worked for us right up to the fall of the hammer which in my opinion paid off the marketing and sales commission. I have no hesitation in recommending Christie Mortimer to all prospective vendors. She understands the relationship between property and people, Our expectations were exceeded and we are extremely happy with the result. We are delighted with the result of the sale of our property.

Christie was friendly and offered lots of advice. Weekly meetings and down to earth approach to auction and if not successful further information regarding sale, so I was aware what to expect. Her positive attitude helped me through the process.

Textbook campaign
Christie was excellent with guiding us through the whole selling process. Her vast experience and knowledge in Real Estate really shone through and was apparent from the get-go. Christie was able to immediately establish a good rapport with my wife and I, making our lives easier during this stressful time. She was always readily available when we had any questions which we greatly appreciated. She was always candid and transparent in her communication about how the campaign was going. This was greatly valued. She ran a fantastic auction campaign which, I firmly believe, maximised our sale price and return on the property.

A NOTCH ABOVE THE REST with knowledge on all areas of realestate - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Christie is a hard worker, responsible, patient and experienced sales consultant in Sydney CBD area, we approached her by a friend which recommended her when she sold their home. Best recommendation which didn't disappoint as I wanted to sell my 3 bed apartment before the end of the year, She kept us informed in every loop every time after every inspection regarding the potential buyers, feedback and providing advise. She set out a good plan when selling the property and explaining her reasoning based of her several years of experience in the real estate market. She took over all my stress during the selling procedures when negotiating between the buyers in which she hit the street record which I was so shocked and couldn't believe it. Im 100% Satisfied with this end result and couldn't have wished any better. Wouldn't look at any other agent as most of lie and try undercuts others. Her proposal was very reasonable for when you see the results at the end and understand the cost layout, couldn't have wished for a better finish to the year.
