Marie and her team delivered an outstanding result. A marketing campaign was decided upon and executed with precision. Marie was in contact and contactable throughout the whole presale and sale campaign. Loved the home pass app/link, we could see in real time who visited during home opens and how potential buyers were followed up after opens. Nobody has a greater market knowledge for Paradise than Greg he is the ultimate Professional. Greg gave us tips and advice on how to stage the property to give the best impression. His local knowledge and recommendations allowed us to have the best marketing campaign to really sell the property. He gave a detailed schedule for the weeks leading up to the auction highlighting openings and actions we had to complete. This enabled the whole process to run smoothly. He contacted us directly after each opening giving detailed feedback. He explained the auction process which was in our case the best way to sell, and assisted in us setting the reserve. Auction day ran incredibly smoothly exactly as planned. I doubt that anyone else could do any better. I do not hesitate in recommending Greg and his team to anyone wishing to sell their property.
