Sam is great!
We interviewed 3 or 4 agents when we started our process of selling the house. Sam clicked with us the best and we never regretted our choice. He was knowledgeable about the market in Alice Springs, he was enthusiastic, personable and empathetic, he explained the process and subsequently helped us throughout. We were selling just as the market in Alice Springs was starting to fall, so it took longer to sell than we had hoped, but that was apparent across the market. Sam kept in frequent communications with us and gave us realistic advice throughout.

Great communication and swift work
It was a pleasure to work with Gail. Her communication was excellent. She sold my property within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. The buyers insisted on a few repairs and Gail organized the lot for me - she certainly removes the stress out of the whole selling experience and I will definitely work with her again in the future.

Very pro-active, experienced agent, great communication
Sam Linn's experience shines through when dealing with him. He kept me up to date with every open inspection that was had and listened to what I was looking for whilst also providing advice without being too pushy. As an inexperienced seller, he helped to guide me though the processes and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise. My house was sold for the asking price in a relatively short period of time - very happy customer! Thank you Sam.
