Nima sat down with us and discussed in detail the sale process and how it works. He assured us we did not need to worry as he and his team (supported by Vivie) would be with us right through to the completion of the sale. True to his word, Nima and Vivie were 100% available for any questions we had, putting our minds to rest so we could concentrate on preparing the house for sale. Nima has a big heart,which he shared with us, and the comfort and support Nima and his team provided from start to finish was a true blessing. Comparing current property values Nima did an amazing job negotiating with the buyer on our behalf, and we could not be happier with the result. We would never have thought that selling our home would be so trouble free.
