Awais Khan was a really essential part of the real estate team who helped us to sell our house. He was always on the end of the phone and able to help with all the little issues which came up during the sale process and went the extra mile by helping out at the last minute to get the house ready for the stylist. We had never sold a house before and had lived in our house for 24 years so found the process quite daunting, but Awais was a great support in what was at times a bit of an emotional experience. Awais has great communication skills, is warm, friendly and considerate providing us with great support and it was reassuring to know that he would watch out for our dog when various people required entry to the house in our absence. We were always surprised and appreciative at the amount of time out of hours that spent by Awais ensuring that we were happy with everything and the progress of our sale. We had been thinking about selling our house for several years but were always daunted and worried about the process. From the first time we met Nima, we were inspired by his energy, great communication skills and knowledge of the local market and were guided every step of the way by him. He was always readily available and easy to reach for advice and encouragement and when necessary spent a lot of time after hours explaining the process and progress of the sale. A really important part of the whole thing was the great organization and help we got from Nima, who organized a painter and stylist which optimized the presentation of our house. Nima has a warm and friendly manner which put us at ease straight away and really made us feel that our sale was important to him. We sold our house two and a half weeks into the campaign and didn't need to go to auction. Nima also provided support and advice in purchasing our new property.
