Awais and the team at Ray White Forestville were very professional in their dealings, keeping us up to date with potential buyers as well as the market dynamics in our area. Awais was very easy to get along with - he knows how to effectively deal with potential buyers and has an excellent knowledge of the current market conditions. He kept us up to date with the feedback from Open house inspections, what's happening in the market both locally and more broadly. He and the team clearly worked hard to follow up all attendees to open inspection days to then go onto sell the property. Regular catch-up meetings were an important part of the on-going communication. Awais is well organized and has great attention to detail. Nima can talk the talk but also walk the walk . He approached us a few months ago and tried to get us to go with Ray White team Nima which we didn’t . But it was the worst mistake we have made not listening to them. Nima’s knowledge of the area and classic outlook , his vision on how to go about things are exceptional.
