I first became aware of LJ HOOHER real estate when residing in North Queensland when I wanted to relocate back to NSW. I had first noticed a lovely cottage here in Alstonvillage but due to the virus fell through. After a short time my present home went on the market and the Manager contacted me right away and this turned out to be a far better deal with a bigger back yard, front and back landings and fruit trees. This home was managed by sales consultant Michele Wallace who communicated with me site unseen. This is something that I never do BUT trusted Ms Wallace to act on my behalf. Everything went through very smoothly and it was only after I had come down for the first time to see it that I realised it was the best home in the village. The yard is very spacious with plenty of room to add further rooms. Very different to a number of the other units being much smaller. Sometimes you have to trust people like Michele to make a good decision on your behalf when you are not able to be there like being interstate or overseas. Many many thanks Michelle for finding the right home for me when it was not possible for me to be to make that final decision. Cheers
