When it came to downsizing my property I knew I only wanted to move to Alstonville. My daughter organised for Michele to show us 3 properties in the Alstonville Leisure Village, at this stage we were about to put my property on the market. Michele had no problems with that & to keep her updated with the progress of the sale. About 2 weeks later my daughter rang Michele & said that there had been an offer made on my property but no contracts exchanged yet. It was during this conversation that Michele said that we could put a deposit on the house in the Leisure Village subject to the successful sale of my property. This was a great relief as that was one of my biggest fears that my house would sell & where was I moving to. Everything went smoothly & Michele was in regular communication with us to help us through the process. My family & I would not hesitate in recommending Michele to anyone that is thinking of buying or selling in the area.
