I thought Michelle was friendly, honest and lovely to deal with. Only issue I found was pressure placed to put deposit funds into trust account before legally required timeframe. That pressured conversation disappointed me as I was receiving conflicting advise from Bank and conveyancer that were informing me I was under no legal duty and it didn't make any difference really at all at that moment in the negotiation. Aside from this pressurised call I found her to be just wonderful, clear and reliable.
