Outstanding!
Daniel and all of the LJ Hooker Applecross team were fantastic to deal with through the entire process of selling my property. It was an investment so they handled the tenant’s vacation as well as project managing the property with a number of small maintenance requirements to be prepared for sale. Daniel kept me updated at each point and provided me with the best options to maximize the value for the sale. Once it went to market Daniel was again super professional and managed to sell the property for more than I was asking. I cannot recommend the LJ Hooker Applecross team enough and will certainly use their services for any property needs going forward! Thanks again Daniel and team!

Daniel as a Real estate Agent
Daniel was very professional and I was impressed by the knowlege he had and was able to communicate it to us very well. I chose him to sell my property in the city as I knew it would incur more work than the usual property sale of a house and land in suburbia. He managed all the information and was very thorough with his research and most importantly informed us on every step taken and why it had to be done. My husband and I were so impressed and were glad there was minimal work on our part to get the apartment sold at a price we were happy with. He never gave us any pressure and being the age we are at we want to be able to sell our properties with ease.
