I highly recommend Domenic and the team. Dominic was very informed on the area, market trends and provided recent sales he and the team had made when we first met. He discussed buyers that had recently missed out on properties and that would be interested to view the property. We also discussed improvements that I could make with minimal cost to uplift the potential sale price. I had a huge first open day with 30 seperate buyers through the door. Jacob and Dominic kept me up to date on buyers feedback and we had several offers through the first week.
