From our first meeting, Domenic made me feel confident and at ease with the idea of selling my family home. This was not an easy decision for me and was at times emotional, but I could not have asked for a more understanding or caring agent than Domenic. I felt he was always honest and very open with me in all dealings with the sale, and was able to give me regular and thorough updates throughout the entire process- which took only a month from start to finish! We did minimal upgrades to the property, which made staying at home during the sale very comfortable and all of Domenic's associates were very courteous, polite and professional, especially Jacob Ellis who works closely with Domenic. From the day the house went online, it was only two weeks until the sale was completed, which seemed like an amazingly short time! We were very happy with the final price, and felt that Domenic had gave us a very realistic view of the market, meaning our expectations were also very realistic.
