What I liked about Domenic's approach is that he was very calm, considered and realistic about how the market was responding. He and his team were very organised about arranging the photographer, copywriter and booking the advertising etc so that everything was ready to go as planned. Domenic also understood my concerns and regularly reported back to me about buyer interest. Most importantly he negotiated a sale price that was more than I expected without going to auction which greatly reduced my stress level. Altogether, it was a professional and satisfying process.
