We interviewed 3 Real Estate agents and Dom was the outstanding winner by a substantial amount. There were 4main points that impressed us. 1) The total respect he paid to my elderly mother and how he always addressed her first. 2)He had really done his homework on historical sales, way more than the others. 3) Dom wasn’t prepared to give a guideline figure as the market was changing and to who the purchaser may be Developer/ family. He did however have 2 full pages of potential buyers , the other agents didn’t. 4) Domenic’s marketing and sales strategy made pure common sense. By incorporating his experience and the weekly reports which includes numerous hits on other web sites, and personal phone calls, I can sincerely recommend Domenic and his team.
