There were 4main points that impressed us. 1) The total respect he paid to my elderly mother and how he always addressed her first. 2)He had really done his homework on historical sales, way more than the others. 3) Dom wasn’t prepared to give a guideline figure as the market was changing and to who the purchaser may be Developer/ family.
