Professional and Efficient Agent
Patrick was professional and reliable. We needed to access the house a lot of times before the settlement and he was always available and helpful. He also gave us advice on the building insurance which saved us ~$300 from our provider. We are the first home buyer and without Patrick's help, it wouldn't be this easy. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the sale of our property at Lakemba
Chedi and the team at LJ Hooker (Bankstown) did a great job selling our property. They took professional photos, provided a comprehensive sales report of the area and helped us through the negotiation process when there were some difficulties to address. Chedi and others were friendly and professional and we were offered a competitive commission rate from the outset. Five stars, all around good job.

Professional and friendly team
Sam was precise on what my house could sell for. Knows the market well. Communication was exceptional. Keeps me updated. Suggest what to do next but doesn’t pressure you. Negotiable. My house was on rental with his rental team first and they were exceptional especially Lisa McArdell. She managed my property very well. Keeps me inform. Go out of her way to help. Outstanding effort. I recommend the rental and sale team. They don’t make me feel like I’m asking too much. Willing to help.

Patrick - A great agent.
Pat definitely goes out of his way to build up a campaign and is a well trusted agent. I listened to his advice and I was VERY happy with the result. I will be recommending Pat for my parents's house when they decide to sell theirs.
