I feel so lucky to have come across Jay when looking for a realtor to help sell my Dad’s property. I have never had to sell a home before and was well out of my depths. Jay was not only incredibly professional but was more than happy to answer any questions I had and/or to explain the various processes throughout the various stages, including providing me with insights into property sales for similar homes in the area and the best way to get more people to see the advertising. He was also able to arrange the removal of some items from the house by offering them to a local charity, which we really appreciated as it is nice to know that they will find new homes with people who need them. During the first showing of the house we had 19-20 parties through and received offers on that day. We signed contracts 6 days later. Jay kept me up to date the whole time and worked closely with my solicitor to facilitate the sale. The marketing that Jay did for the house was also wonderful and my Dad was really happy when he saw the advertising (and of course when he heard the news that he had a buyer!). I highly recommend Jay if you are selling a house, he is professional, helpful, friendly and more than willing to take time to answer questions and explain things. The way he kept me up to date at every point was fantastic and I also appreciated that he had a sense of humour! Paul and Nick (and Penny!) were fantastic to work with from the first phone call. They were prompt in every single interaction and made the whole process clear and easy for first-time sellers. There was never a time we couldn't get in contact with them - even when they probably wished we wouldn't. Lesson learned from experience: If Paul suggests something, it's probably correct and worth doing. The support from the team was exceptional and at no point did we find ourselves wondering what was what, or what the next step should be. Wouldn't even consider using an alternative to Paul and Nick if I had to do it again.
