We were selling a property on the Central Coast & approached 3 local agents for valuations and sales proposal. Jay's sales proposal was by far the most comprehensive and professional of the three agencies. He provided comparison information on similar properties in the area, what they had sold for, what the asking price was for those currently on the market, and how they differed from my property. His knowledge of the market is excellent. He provided a valuation which was higher than the other agents and the property was sold for exactly that sum. His marketing strategy attracted a significant number of enquiries and inspections at a very difficult time during covid lockdown. At all times I gained the impression that he was operating in my best interests and I was guided by his expert knowledge of local real estate. I would definitely highly recommend this agent.
