We come to know Jay as he sold us the house 10 years ago. When it came time for us to sell we gave considerable thought to who we should go with. We decided to go with Jay because over the 10 years since we bought the house, he maintained regular contact. Property market updates, anniversaries, etc, we would receive contact. We realised that if he was doing that with us, then he must be doing it to everyone else he has ever sold to. Considering we were selling in Bateau Bay, we knew there wouldn't be anyone with more relationships with people who have previously bought or were looking to buy than Jay. We told him the price we were after and we even noted it was a top of the market price. Jay advised on what we could do to the house to get it ready and how we should position the marketing. The house was on the market for just over a day before the first open home and we got an offer that day. It was just under our dream price but not by much so we were happy with that. Within days though we had three more people putting in offers. We ended up getting over our dream price. Thank you Jay and team for your efforts. Seriously, if you are selling in the Bateau Bay region, you'd be losing money by going anywhere else!
