We had a retirement unit to sell in a large complex. The Retirement Home Provider in whose complex the unit was located had very specific regulations regarding the calibre of the eventual purchaser. Jay continuously provided accurate up-dates and feedback relevant to the sale of the property. His professionalism was continually demonstrated and belies his age.
