Hello I could not answer Market Knowledge as we had looked around . Jay Has very good communication skills. He it all that he could to help us. I have suggested that feed back should to sent after people have had a chance to settle in and are not bogged down with packing... also this would not let me exit if I didn't answer two question very annoying !! which does not add to the experience as time is valuable !! so question 1 I rated low because it did not apply !! and on that note I did not appreciate the sale price being advertised !!!

This is the second time we have bought a property off him. This last one was a fixer upper and his assistance with Trade contacts was out of this world. We know what it would have cost us with our trades people and found that all his contacts were around the same price range. I had dealings with other agents up in the area and have not been as satisfied as I have with him.
