I am very happy with the initial letting process, the help and assistance I received from LJH. The Property Manager was very good in communicating and handling my relationship. I am also impressed with the quality of ther review of the applicants, and the careful way the shortlisting process has been handled. It seems to me that LJH people are indeed trying to get me a good rented with a good history rather than just finding someone to get a quick lease. The inspection reports are really impressive, with attention to details I had not considered myself. This should make for a relatively robust exit for the tenants and for me. Followup of routine actions could be improved. Sometimes things get forgotten and there are IT glitches sometimes leading to incorrect statements that need fixing.
