We had a house in fair condition on a difficult block of land. Trina led us through the process of evaluating the value of the property and advising us of maintenance activities that should be undertaken to ensure a sale. Because of the nature of the house and land, the overall process was somewhat complex resulting in four separate contracts from two different buyers. All through this process we were kept up to date as soon developments occurred, and always advised on what action was needed to eventually obtain a result. Trina was dogged in her negotiations with perspective buyers and it was through her persistence that we finally achieved a result, despite a range of issues working against us.
